Sorry for lack of updating

Some of you may or may not know… but this isn’t my full time gig, which unfortunately means that sometimes I have time to update this site and sometimes I don’t. Lately I haven’t for several reasons. One my wife and I just had a second baby, and I’m swamped at work. I try to check this site over at least once a week to make sure that the feeds are parsing correctly. I checked this morning and saw that Our Daily Bread was causing the site to crash, so I’ve had to disable that temporarilly. Once the site was working again, I saw that Movie reviews by Christiananswers.net format had changed, so I had to adjust that. I promise that as soon as I have some free time again, that I will try to update this site more regularly.

Goodby Citizenlink, Hello Christian Today

I’ve removed Citizenlink and have replaced it with Christian Today because the Citizenlink RSS feed was getting errors when attempting to be parsed.

Officially out of beta!

Like the title says, I’m officially taking christianurls.net out of beta mode. Along with that I’ve added two new features. I’ve added a button to increase/decrease the text size, and a button to change to a fixed 800×600 or elastic layout.

I’m very happy with the progress the site is making, and will continue to add more media sources and new features to the site. As always, I always appreciate feedback, so send it if you find any bugs, or would like to see some different content featured.

New Features and sites

I’ve added christianpost.com and crosswalk.com into the mix as news sources.

I’ve also implemented a new feature today! Any links that are less than a day old will have the graphic beside it. This will make it easier for those short on time to see what’s current and what isn’t.

Stay tuned for more updates in the near future.
